If you have an issue with a payment, we ask that you contact us first to resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer without contacting us first is a violation of our Terms of Service.
Initiating a chargeback will result in the immediate suspension of your Voiceups account until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent bans and legal action.
